- How much does the pellet pallet and delivery cost?
The price of a pellet pallet or BigBag is indicated on this website. The price includes VAT.
- Where can I get a discount code for placing an order?
If there is no discount code, you can leave the discount code field blank. Please follow us on social media Instagram and on Facebook to stay updated on our special offers.
- Are the pellets in stock and what is the delivery time?
The pellets are in stock, and the delivery time is 7–10 business days.
- Where are the warehouses located if I want to pick up my ordered pellets myself?
You can pick up your order from our Factory in Broceni. After placing your order on our website apellet.lv, please contact the selected warehouse yourself and inform them of when you would like to pick up your order. Depending on the order, it is possible to pick up the order on the same day after placing the order.
- Why can I only order a maximum of 10 cargo pallets on the website?
Currently, there is a restriction on our website. If you want to buy more pellets, please place a new order a couple of weeks later.
- Can I buy 8 mm pellets or pellets?
Warmeston SIA does not produce pellets in 8 mm. Only 6 mm pellets can be ordered on our website. Pellets are hermetically packed in 15 kg bags. There are 65 bags of 15 kg on a pallet. The pallet price is inclusive and no return is required for the pallet.
- Can I order only a certain number of bags or half a pallet?
Unfortunately not. Warmeston SIA sells pellets only in full pallets.
- Can pellets be stored outdoors?
No. Pellets are like a sponge, absorbing moisture. Store pellets indoors (in garages, cellars) or outdoors, for example, under a shed. It is important that no water gets on the pellets.
